This Policy explains how to notify us of alleged intellectual property infringement and how we act on such notices. It reflects our position as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Intermediary Guidelines Rules, 2021.

1. Our Content

All logos, graphics, text, photographs, listing descriptions, software code and database compilations on this Platform are the exclusive property of KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited or its content suppliers. Data mining, robots, AI-training scrapers and automated extraction tools are prohibited.

2. Submitting a Takedown Notice

Send notices to support@bhopalpets.in marked "Copyright Takedown Notice". A valid notice must identify the work infringed, give the exact URL(s), evidence of ownership or authority, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy, and your signature.

Incomplete notices cannot be actioned. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may expose you to liability.

4. Counter-Notice

If your material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address identifying the material and its former location, a statement that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact details and signature. We may restore the material unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings.

5. Safe Harbour

We operate as an intermediary in respect of third-party content, including listings supplied by verified breeders and partner farms. Acting on a takedown notice is not an admission of liability.
